Hello hello,
Lunar New Years is coming! As a person of Vietnamese descent, my family and I celebrate this occasion every year; however, this year is more special (especially to me).
To give you some private 411 about myself, I was born in February, 1990. The zodiac animal that corresponds to that year was the horse, and guess what the zodiac animal is for the upcoming Lunar New years? Yeap, a freakin’ horse.
I could rant on about all the characteristics of the horse, and the superstitions about it, but I’ll let you read on it if you’re interested here.
I will mention though that this year is supposed to be lucky for me. Well, I have a few new updates that may be supporting this claim. First and foremost, I am moving out in two and a half years :D. This is the place, and it will be finished constructing in mid 2016:

Two other major updates for this year would include:
• I am expecting to graduate from the Biomedical Engineering Program
• I am expecting to be assigned at the BC Cancer Agency for practicum (woohoo!)
These events already give me the impression that this will be a good year for me. The only other thing I can pray for is to land a job as soon as a graduate; however with that being said, it will mainly depend on me and how well I perform for this last semester.
